What to expect

Rotations: Our scheme consists of two six-month rotations and two twelve-month rotations across a range of People functions, including:

  • Strategic Planning & Transformation

  • HR Business Partnering & Service Delivery
  • Early Careers

Throughout your 3 years you’ll rotate through four different teams within the People and Communication functions across our entire global federation: this means you’ll have the opportunity to rotate across different countries, sectors and organisations.

Learning and Development​: At Liberty Global we are committed to developing talented people to move onwards and upwards through our organization throughout the three years and beyond. You’ll benefit from:

  • We will fully fund and support you to achieve your CIPD Level 7 Qualification
  • You will receive an L&D Curriculum that looks at personal development as well as technical expertise running through your 3 years.
  • You’ll also benefit from on-the-job experience working on impactful projects
