What we look for

We’re looking for graduates with a growth mindset, and those who are open to potential international relocation during the scheme.

We want to see your passion for finance, your love of being challenged and your desire to come up with ideas that inspire and influence our senior leaders. We’re more interested in your qualities rather than specific qualifications. Other qualities we would like in graduates include:

  • Curiosity
  • Resilience
  • Collaboration
  • Highly analytical approach
  • Confident enough to question

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion vision is at the core of our company purpose. We believe in creating a culture that empowers our colleagues to achieve their potential and bring their whole selves to work every day. We are committed to taking on discrimination in all its forms and being a positive force for good in the world today.

I was given a very big project on one of my first days. Not only was it the project itself but it was the trust I was given from day one. I investigated new technology vendors within the automation and robotics area and whittled initial research of 40 vendors down to three key vendors which are now used within the automation space in the Shared Service Centre.
