What to expect

Rotations: Our scheme consists of two six-month rotations and two twelve-month rotations across a range of People functions, including:

  • Talent & Leadership Development
  • Strategic Planning & Transformation
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Reward
  • Culture & Communications
  • HR Business Partnering & Service Delivery
  • Early Careers

Throughout your 3 years you’ll rotate through four different teams within the People and Communication functions across our entire global federation: this means you’ll have the opportunity to rotate across different countries, sectors and organisations.

Learning and Development​: At Liberty Global we are committed to developing talented people to move onwards and upwards through our organization throughout the three years and beyond. You’ll benefit from:​

  • We will fully fund and support you to achieve your CIPD Level 7 Qualification​
  • You will receive an L&D Curriculum that looks at personal development as well as technical expertise running through your 3 years.​
  • You’ll also benefit from on-the-job experience working on impactful projects​

  • 25 days’ holiday each year

We want to see your passion for people, your confidence in pushing the boundaries and your creative approach. We’re more interested in your qualities rather than specific qualifications. One of the main reasons that I applied for Liberty Global was due to the opportunities available for graduates. Graduates can move internationally as a part of their rotations.  I was also interested in what Liberty Global does. Alongside owning big name companies, such as Virgin Media O2, they also invest in cool initiatives like Formula E.
