Together, we can build tomorrow’s connections today

A SENSE OF BELONGING

We are committed to creating a diverse workforce that reflects the society we live in and the communities we serve. That brings together different lived experiences of the world, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation and problem solving, which will benefit our customers, colleagues and our business. We’re investing in our people, refreshing our hiring models and establishing employee resource groups to ensure that no matter your age, race, background, heritage, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexuality, neurodiversity or experience of disability, your voice will be heard and you will be valued as a respected member of the Liberty Global family.

INCLUSIVE CONNECTIVITY

To build an inclusive society, we need to ensure that our customers and communities have the right opportunities and resources to fully participate in the digital world. We have a range of initiatives to provide connectivity, services and digital skills to people who need them, so we can harness the power of technology and create a better future for all.

INCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIPS

We’re partnering with businesses and organizations that put DE&I at the heart of what they do, whether that be tackling inequalities, promoting digital creativity or championing women in the workplace.

We’re key supporters of Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT), Coolest Projects – which provides mentoring and digital skills for children – and the Valuable 500, which is committed to disability inclusion.

We’ve also partnered with the Avesta Fund to invest in start-ups that will create positive impact.

OUR DE&I COUNCIL

Leaders from across Liberty Global have come together to drive forward programmes that will deliver our DE&I vision. Co-chaired by Soraya Loerts and Mike Fries, the Council works with colleagues to ensure DE&I is embedded into everything we do, including the products we design, the communities we operate in, the partnership decisions we make and the relationships we have with our customers, suppliers and shareholders. Their role is to sponsor change so that everyone feels that they can bring their true selves to work, every day.
