AtlasEdge was launched by Liberty Global and Digital Bridge in 2021 to create a scalable, European Edge data centre business that brings applications and content closer to the ‘Edge’ of the network via an extensive network of facilities located near to consumer and enterprise end-users. The company aims to serve the growing demand from cloud providers, streaming services and enterprises for high-performance, scalable and secure facilities through which they can distribute low-latency applications and services such as 5G, gaming, IOT and edge computing.

nexfibre

nexfibre is a next-generation broadband company, on a mission to deliver high-speed fibre to the home (FTTH) to millions across the U.K. The joint venture was announced in 2022 in partnership with Liberty Global, Telefonica, and InfraVia Capital, with VMO2 confirmed as the  anchor tenant. nexfibre will construct and operate a wholesale FTTH broadband network of up to 7 million premises that will not overlap with VMO2’s existing network

egg Power and egg Solutions

egg Power, Liberty Global’s clean energy infrastructure investment business, is delivering renewable energy solutions to meet the fast-growing demand from enterprises for affordable, secure, and sustainable electricity in Europe. egg Power’s mission is to meet this need by investing in large-scale solar and wind projects to supply customers with clean energy under long-term Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).   

egg Solutions, active since 2010 and acquired by Liberty Global in 2020, offers businesses a range of decarbonising technologies, including electric vehicle charging, solar power, and electricity storage in the form of battery.

Believ

Believ provides the under-the-pavement power and communications infrastructure necessary to build on-street electric vehicle charging points in residential areas. Its mission is to create the UK’s most reliable EV charging network, which anyone can use safely and easily. The 50/50 JV between Liberty Growth and Zouk Capital leverages Virgin Media’s connectivity network, infrastructure deployment and trusted relationships with local authorities.
