Telenet is the largest cable television operator in Belgium. Telenet offers quadruple-play services consisting of video, broadband internet, and fixed-line telephony (VoIP) as well as mobile voice and data services to 4.9 million service subscribers (RGUs) represented by 2.1 million customers as of March 31, 2017.

Telenet’s customers are primarily located in the Flanders region and approximately one-third of the capital city of Brussels. Its networks are all upgraded to two-way capability and almost 80% of its cable homes passed are served by a network with a bandwidth of at least 750 MHz. Telenet makes its quadruple-play services available to all of its homes passed.

Telenet also offers a range of voice and broadband internet services to business customers and wholesale partners throughout Belgium and parts of Luxembourg.

Liberty Global indirectly owns 57.5% of Telenet, as of September 30, 2016. Telenet is listed on NYSE Euronext Bruxelles.
