We’re looking for a Team Assistant to join us in Amsterdam
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Team Assistant to join our Service Platforms department within Liberty Tech, based in Amsterdam. This role provides dedicated personal and administrative support to four Vice Presidents, while also serving as the operational backbone of the wider department.
Day-to-day, you will manage complex diaries, coordinate international travel, process expenses, and handle all financial administration for the department – acting as the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Beyond VP support, you will drive team logistics, coordinate events, support onboarding, and act as the central point of contact across Service Platforms for anything operational.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role. You will work closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced international technology environment, and your ability to anticipate needs, exercise discretion, and stay calm under pressure will be critical to your success.
What will you be doing?

Manage and coordinate complex calendars for four VPs, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring efficient use of their time.

Arrange detailed international and local travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and meeting logistics – anticipating traveller preferences and needs.

Manage purchasing requests, invoice processing, expense reports, and procurement coordination across the Service Platforms department.

Deliver full end-to-end event support for internal and external events: invitations, logistics, attendee registration, stakeholder management, and onsite coordination.

Support the onboarding of new team members and serve as the central point of contact for all operational and administrative matters across Service Platforms.

Act as a liaison between Service Platforms leadership and internal functions such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Facilities, and IT.

Provide cover for other Executive Assistants or Team Assistants across the Technology function during absences, ensuring continuity of support.
We tend to look for people with:
Essential:

Proven experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior leaders, ideally within a technology, telecoms, or corporate environment.

Strong track record of managing complex calendars, international travel, and expenses for VP-level or equivalent stakeholders.

Exceptional organisational and administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong event-management experience with a flexible and proactive approach.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Experience working in an international, fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team; highly motivated self-starter.

English language.
Desirable:

Experience with Workday, Oracle and Egencia, or similar procurement/expense management tools.

Familiarity with Copilot/any other AI tool.

Familiarity with the technology or telecommunications sector.
Preferred education/qualification: Bachelor-level education is an advantage.
