We’re looking for a Senior People and Communications Partner to join us in London.

Based in London, you will be instrumental in delivering communications initiatives across our large and diverse colleague base across our strategic locations. 

In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, helping to unlock leadership potential, foster innovation, and build an environment where every individual feels connected, valued, and empowered. You will design and drive strategies that strengthen leadership capability, elevate performance, and nurture engagement, ensuring our culture is a true enabler of success.

What you’ll be doing 

Strategic Business Partnering:

  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into people strategies

  • Provide strategic input into leadership and culture programmes
  • Demonstrate a commitment to strong relationships with our people
  • Drive initiatives that drive a high performance, commercially focused culture

Comms and Engagement:

  • Champion Liberty Blume’s culture and values, embedding them in leadership practices, team rituals, and everyday ways of working
  • Measure and enhance employee engagement, leveraging feedback and insights to create meaningful action plans
  • Leadership, development, and execution of an Internal Communications strategy
  • Lead planning delivery for all Leadership Team led communications, covering key moments within Liberty Blume including facilitating our All Company meetings
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our communications and channels and guide leaders on the best way to use communication to achieve business outcomes

Talent, Learning & Leadership

  • Identify skills and behaviour gaps to ensure our workforce is fit for future
  • Own the Early Careers strategy and overall programme accountability
  • Support leadership development, coaching leaders to increase capability and impact

Skills and Abilities:

  • Relationship led – a strong communicator with advanced stakeholder management skills
  • Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment and lead people through change 
  • Advanced emotional intelligence with the ability to display empathy and tact
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Highly proactive, innovative, and resourceful
