We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Structured Finance to join our team in London Kings Cross on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two days working remotely each week.

As a Senior Manager in Structured Finance, you will support the origination, structuring and execution of complex structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on receivables financing and securitisation. You will work closely with deal team members to execute and manage transactions, while also contributing to broader team initiatives.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including clients, legal advisers, treasury teams, investors and other third parties. This is a hands-on opportunity for a professional with a minimum of three years’ experience in structured finance, capital markets or corporate finance who is keen to play an active role in a dynamic and growing business. You will also have the opportunity to support a growing transaction pipeline and contribute to the development of new products.

What will you be doing?

  • Support team members in the structuring and execution of receivables financing and securitisation transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.
  • Perform and assist with financial analysis and modelling, due diligence, and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and assess new structured finance opportunities.
  • Engage with external counterparties including banks, asset managers, investors, legal advisers, and other third-party service providers.
  • Support origination activities through market research, idea generation, preparation of client materials, and engagement with prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the design, evaluation, and development of new financing products.
  • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, including Treasury, Finance, and Legal teams.

We tend to look for people with:

  • Demonstrable experience in structured finance, securitisation, capital markets, or a closely related role.
  • Strong understanding of working capital financing solutions, including receivables finance and payables programmes.
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with programming languages is an advantage, alongside strong PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience engaging and collaborating with external counterparties.
  • High attention to detail combined with strong commercial awareness and a proactive, self-driven mentality, with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Proven capability to lead multiple workstreams effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary + bonus
  • 25 days annual leave with the option to purchase 5 more.
  • Enjoy your birthday off, plus receive an additional 3 days of annual leave once you reach 5 years of service.
  • Access to wellbeing and mental health benefits such as the Calm app, personal medical, critical illness cover and dental insurance, plus many more.
