We’re looking for two Project Delivery Specialists to join our team in Bradford on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This is a hybrid role, with two days a week based in our Bradford office.

As a Project Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Liberty Blume by delivering a diverse range of operational and people‑focused projects for our People Services teams and our customers, including VMO2. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in HR and Payroll who has operated in a similar role – delivering people‑focused initiatives as well as implementing new systems and tools that enhance customer experience and improve service usability. Your work will span cyclical projects such as Benefits, Compensation Review, and Payroll, alongside wider programmes across Change, Compliance, Legislation, and the development of new people‑focused products. You’ll join a collaborative team committed to enhancing efficiency, strengthening compliance, and supporting adaptability across our evolving operating model and the wider HR and Payroll ecosystem.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of customer‑facing HR and Payroll projects, ensuring successful completion and strong outcomes.
  • Support internal People Services initiatives that contribute to the department’s growth and capability development.
  • Act as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships through clear communication, alignment on goals, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee project initiation and scoping, building detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirements in partnership with internal delivery teams and customers—from day‑to‑day task management to high‑level plan‑on‑a‑page summaries.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively by identifying challenges early, driving resolution, and maintaining full ownership of the RAID to ensure accountability across the team.
  • Ensure systems, processes, and ways of working are effective, efficient, and aligned to successful project outcomes.
  • Respond to specialist customer queries and resolve complex data issues directly related to project activities.
  • Deliver continuous improvement initiatives through the project roadmap, enhancing quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Support Project Administration in meeting service levels and quality standards across project communications, as well as in the auditing, maintenance, and MI analysis of the People Portal.
  • Ensure People Services is fully prepared for project outcomes, enabling smooth and effective transition to BAU within the operating model.
