We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Systems to join our team in Bradford on a permanent, full‑time basis. This is a hybrid role, with two days a week based in our Bradford office.
You’ll take the lead on a portfolio of high‑priority finance systems projects, covering new system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and wider programmes of internal change and process improvement. You’ll own each project end-to-end, from initial scoping through to post‑implementation review.
In addition, you’ll help drive the growth of Liberty Blume by shaping and evolving our delivery models, methodology, and approach to client success. Your insight will influence how we operate and strengthen the impact of our delivery function.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in shaping our delivery approach and contributing to the success of both our projects and our client portfolio.

- Lead end‑to‑end project planning and ensure the successful delivery of all project activities.
- Apply an appropriate project management methodology and maintain full alignment with governance requirements.
- Manage and motivate project teams, working effectively both in person and remotely.
- Take ownership of identifying and managing risks and dependencies, escalating issues when needed.
- Scope, secure, and oversee the right internal and external resources to support project delivery.
- Communicate clear, concise project updates to C‑Suite stakeholders, highlighting key discussion points and decisions required.
