Inclusive Connectivity

Providing inclusive connectivity, creating digital equity and improving accessibility to the internet is a key part of our commitment to building Tomorrow’s Connections Today.

During the pandemic and beyond, we unlocked new ways to work, live and relax. But we also discovered some hard facts. Millions of households across the EU are without internet access.

That’s why we’re delivering a number of initiatives to help boost digital equity, such as improving access to the internet for vulnerable families within our operating companies.

These include an essential internet connection available at a minimum fixed price, refurbished laptops for online schooling and job-seekers, and digital ‘kickstarters’ who help with basic online skills.
